When welding teeth, we should pay attention to whether the alloy has carbides, keep the alloy around clean and do not have dust, the teeth are not allowed to have rust or oxide, and the flux should not be too thick or too thin to make a paste, and the granular flux can not be used. Attention should be paid to precipitation. When used repeatedly, the flux should be reconciled, preferably on the alloy, not on the root of the matrix.
The use of silver wire can not pursue excessive silver content, usually in 45%. Silver, copper, nickel, silver and nickel are the main elements of silver welding wire. The fluidity of nickel and zinc is enhanced, and the strength of copper is increased. As long as the amount of manganese, indium and selenium are increased, the cohesive force is stronger. Manganese has stoma, indium and selenium is too expensive, the strength of welding wire welding is 5-16KG per square centimeter. In general, the size of each tooth alloy welding area depends on the strength of each tooth. The strength of each tooth can not be less than 50KG, and the industrial type is above 100KG.
After welding the saw blade, it will be tempered in the oven at 100 degrees Celsius to reduce the stress caused by the welding tooth and to refine the internal structure of the alloy, so as to improve durability and wear resistance.
